WTE - Waste to Energy & Biochar

Traditional Pyrolysis is capable of pyrolysing to temperatures of up to 550°C whereas we can pyrolyse at temperatures of up to 950°C.

We have patent pending over the High Temperature Pyrolysis Process as well as holding several patents over parts of the process.

3 tons of biomass converts to 2MWh Green Electric and 500kg of biochar, and RECs
These figures depens on the feedstock calorimetric values, fixed Carbon content and moisture level.
We convert your biomass into Green Electric and Biochar by High Temperature Pyrolysis and Syngas cleaning technology, designed, manufactured and commissioned with Anergy Teams. For more information : https://anergy.com

HTP - High Temperature Pyrolysis
Pyrolysis is a thermal process that turns waste into useful resources. Materials such as biomass, plastics, tyres or sludge are heated in the absence of oxygen and broken down into valuable products such as fuels or oils, syngas and biochar. Unlike burning, pyrolysis reduces harmful emissions and offers a sustainable way to recover energy from waste.

What is Pyrolysis?

We categorize the equipment into various independent equipment performing a specific functions, which we call subsystems. Each subsystem will have its own individual local control panel to perform its functions

Feed Reception Subsys. - to receive and convey feed material and at the same time to maintain the air-lock condition

HTP Kiln Subsys. - perform high temperature pyrolysis process

Solid Product Handling Subsys. - to cool and convey the solid product from the HTP process for collection

Gas Cleaning GCU Subsys. - to clean and scrub the raw syngas from the HTP process prior to being used or converted as product

SACTO Subsys. - to thermally combust any combustible excess gas before being released into the environment.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert my waste into Energy?

We are using High Temperature Pyrolysis, and we generate syngas from your biomass at 700C with Anergy solutions, syngas is cleaned into clean syngas and power generators produce green electric.

What can I do with Biochar?

Biochar can be used with fertilizers together to increase your soil enhancement level by keeping soil nutrition and humidity level high with its porous structure.

What is the ROI for WTE lines?

Depending on your biomass calorimetric level, biomass quantity, and biomass humidity level, 3-6 years of ROI ratios can be considered.

Can you visit us to review the plan?

Yes, we can, but in order to reduce our footprint to achieve our goals, we have a questionnaire to be filled first. Please send us your details and we will be more than happy to visit you after doing our homework well.
